Objectives

This Master's degree aims to provide, from a professional and specialized perspective, a solid training that guarantees a close relationship between Commercial Management and Marketing, and contributes to the increase of specialists in commercial and marketing decision-making, developing their capacity for analysis, organization, planning and evaluation, as well as enhancing their relational and negotiation skills, problem-solving, decision-making and teamwork.
It is aimed at training senior executives and managers to perform functions within the scope of Commercial Management and Marketing in companies, whether SMEs or large companies, and has the following specific objectives:
• To provide students with a strategic, systemic and integrative vision of commercial and marketing activities, and to become aware of their interrelationship;
• To enable students to have a thorough understanding of the internal strengths and weaknesses and distinctive capabilities of the company, while developing their skills to analyze the environment and accurately identify the threats and opportunities it presents to the company;
• To promote mastery of tools, methods and techniques that enable the optimization of efficiency and effectiveness in commercial and marketing decision-making, while developing students’ creativity to seek innovative and differentiating responses;
• To provide the development of skills, attitudes and values ​​consistent with the exercise of functions and positions of high responsibility in companies, in a learning and study environment that is coherent, innovative and highly oriented towards problem-solving;
• To develop decision-making and communication skills for the diagnosis, understanding and evaluation of complex commercial and marketing situations;
• Finally, to contribute to the development in students of honest, responsible and committed behavior towards the company and the society in which they are inserted.
